How To: Find a place for a home!

Today I wanted to discuss a very important subject: the perfect place to find a home.

Now, I'm going to give a little quiz. No peeking at the answers or anything like that.

1. When playing Minecraft, do you tend to get lost a lot?

A: Always!

B: Never.

C: A little.

2. Do you like to explore for your resources or have them all nearby?

A: Nearby.

B: Explore.

C: A combination of the two.

3. Which is more important: a cool-looking house or a functional house?

A: Cool-looking!

B. Functional all-the-way!

C. Sphunktional: a mixture of the two.

If you answered mostly:

A: You would like a home in the Plains biome. Find a forest that is nearby and you have all your resources nearby! And since dungeons or pre-built mines are easy to see on the Plains, you can build a cool looking house!

B: For you explorers and functional lovers, I recommend the Taiga biome. Full of places to (not) get lost in. Wolves and trees are common, so if you get lost, you have a buddy and wood for a new home.

C: I recommend the Extreme Hills biome for you in-betweeners. It's full of pre-built mines and dungeons to explore and loot, not to mention animals and other necessities.
