How Come I Can't Claim Territory for my Faction?

This can be because of two reasons. You either aren't a Faction moderator or higher, or your Faction isn't powerful enough to claim land yet. Your Faction's power depends on the power of all of its members combined.

Let's say your Faction had two members. Each person has a power rating. 10 is the max and -10 is the lowest. You loose power when you die. The Faction Warriors had two members. So each member had 10 power. So since 10+10=20, they can claim 20 blocks of land. Let's say one member died. Now his power is 8. Since he died the Faction power is now 18 since 8+10=18. So now they have more land than they know what to do with. They have 20 blocks when they should have 18 blocks (20/18). Not necessarily a bad thing. Now let's say the Faction Rogues was Warriors' enemy. They came and got those two blocks on their border. Now the Faction Warriors has a land of 18/18

It's a little confusing, but that's how it works.

The Art of Warfare:

War is a common thing with Factions. So is peace.

There are two types of Factions. Peaceful and normal. Peaceful Factions cannot deal or take damage except in war zones (friendly fire is on).

Normal Factions can deal and take damage from any Faction except their allies (we'll get to that in a minute). They can kill any Faction and hurt anyone except in the victim's territory. They can kill anyone without a Faction.

Now, you cannot destroy or build in another Faction's territory.

Allies are great. They can't hurt you and you can't hurt them. You go to war with enemies of your allies' and vice versa. Faction become allies when both Factions agree on being allies.

Enemies, not so great. They can hurt you anywhere.

See you guys next time!
