Yes you heard right! Minecraft is finally coming to the Xbox360! It will be released this spring with multiplayer options. You can check out this video courtesy of gamespot below:

As you can see it has multiplayer options, including a splitscreen mode. It is unknown yet if it will have PC server compatibility, but it does have Xbox Live compatibility with voice chatting.
You can also grab some Minecraft avatars for Xbox360.
Now I just want to see Minecraft for the PS Vita. :)
